 Alex Facciponte's Blog Post Week 1 EDU 5243 A technology integration framework that could be used by my district is the Triple E Framework. The Triple E Framework provides various benefits regarding technology use in a school. It allows technology to be looked at under a holistic view by understanding the different impacts technology can have (Kolb, 2020). First, the framework mentions the idea of engagement (Kolb, 2020). Engagement is necessary to make sure that students are actually interested in starting the learning process (Kolb, 2020). Another aspect of the framework is enhancement (Kolb, 2020). Enhancement involves going beyond just a basic understanding of the material (Kolb, 2020). Instead, the goal is to make sure that the technology is actually useful in creating deeper understandings (Kolb, 2020).
